NW WOMEN FILM MAKERS CELEBRATE THEIR WORK IN AN EVENING OF SHORT FILMS

Award winning NW film makers join together to support and celebrate the first project of up and coming Seattle film maker, Gina Robertson.   Robertson will be screening her eleven minute debut film, Coffeea story about a waitress, struggling to care for herself and her young son, who unexpectedly becomes the benefactor of a stranger’s scandalous situation. Coffee, starring local actress, Glynis Mitchell, will be featured alongside award winning films, Mime vs. Junkie by Vancouver, B.C. actress and film maker, Olesia Shewchuk and (Gauche)Lefty by Jeff Fitzsimmons and Sean Smith.   Seattle artists Alice Wheeler and Alicia Woods will also be showing their short film, Girl Revolution.

WHAT: Screening of Coffee, a short film by Gina Robertson, and other films by NW women film makers.

WHEN: Friday, April 30th-

Films showing from 8-10 pm,

After party 10pm ‘til midnight.
